How to use 

Light, blow out flame by moving incense in a swift downward motion, and then place in incense holder. As you light your incense take three deep breaths, counting each, allowing the process to calm your mind. Place your incense in its holder and close your eyes, feel the weight of your body where it meets the ground. Embrace the natural rhythm of your breathing and take this moment to listen to the incense.
